These decaf beans are hand selected by Worku Buche at his Kadela washing station in Sidama's Arroresa district. Kadela is a family-owned business which brings over two decades of experience in coffee and other industries to run the mill. Worku’s work supports smallholders across over 250 hectares of land in Ethiopia's southern region.  For this decaf, Worku Buche carefully sorts the beans and uses a Mountain water process of decaffeination. These beans bring flavors of dark plum, creamy vanilla, and a clean floral finish.
