Our Roasting Process
Our beans are roasted in small batches, and we accommodate special requests. I stay mostly in the wide spectrum of Medium roasts. As a roaster, my goal is to allow the beans to express their unique nuances, striving for a perfect balance between fruity and roasty notes. Each batch is a testament to our dedication to quality and flavor.
Sourcing with Purpose
We source our beans from smaller farms and co-ops, prioritizing families who take pride in their farms and demonstrate a deep commitment to the land and their communities.
