We source our beans from smaller farms and co-ops, prioritizing families who take pride in their farms and demonstrate a deep commitment to the land and their communities. At Stix and Boots Coffee Roaster, we believe in supporting sustainable practices and fostering meaningful relationships with our growers.
Our Roasting Philosophy
Our beans are roasted in small batches, and we accommodate special requests. I stay mostly in the wide spectrum of Medium roasts. As a roaster, my goal is to allow the beans to express their unique nuances, striving for a perfect balance between fruity and roasty notes. Each batch is a testament to our dedication to quality and flavor.
