Ethiopian - Qunqana Station

These beans are sourced from the Qunqana washing station located in the Bensa region of Sidama in Ethiopia. Founded by Asefa Dukamo and MuluGeta Dukamo who now own 16 washing stations and 4 dry mills in Bensa, Aroressa and Chire districts of Sidama where they collect their cherries from local small farmers. These unique bean's are honey processed leaving the sweet, sugary fruits on the beans during their drying. This creates flavors of fruity citrus or peach, and a mouthwatering floral of jasmine flower's.
