These beans are sourced from The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm owned by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. Ismael and his family offer financial support for the building of local schools and employ hundreds of seasonal workers for the community in the Guji zone of the Shakiso district of Ethiopia. This natural organic coffee roasted between light and medium offers a bright and floral flavor profile. Exquisite notes of stone fruit and citrus can pair beautifully with warm English scones smothered in lemon curd or apricot jam , and thumbprint cookies.
