Honduras - Comayagua

These beans are produced by Raul Rodriguez, a third-generation coffee farmer within the Santa Luicia Reserve. This coffee grows in high-elevation, rich clay soil and well-defined seasons creating the perfect environment for the plants to thrive. These beans are fully washed aiding the richness and bold flavors. Roasted to medium you can expect flavors of chocolate, maple, and walnut. Perfectly enjoyed with a warm crumb cake, or a belgian waffle.
