El Salvador - Bourbon

This is from a high elevation farm 1,500 to 1,800 meters. This blend of both yellow and red Bourbon cherries bring a nice burst of acidity balanced with notes of roasted walnut, earthiness, cinnamon, and caramel. This coffee would hold up to a flavor packed breakfast Burrito or a Maple Bacon Donut.
